This Well-being Week will be filled with fun group activities plus Jazzotech duo Perry & Tony.
Participants will delve into the world of Brit-funk and choreograph dance moves to an iconic British Jazz-funk track.
Location: London Stadium Learning, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park E20 2ST (next to the café underneath the West Ham Store)
