A free project that inspires young women towards STEM, (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematical) related careers.

Targeted at girls aged 12-16 yrs from Newham
Building on the success of the February Holiday School we are now delivering online: Two courses will each take place over three mornings:

• First – 17^th, 18^th and 19^th Aug from 10-11.30am 
• Second – 20^th, 21^st and 24^th Aug from 10-11.30am

Activities will involve delving into the career journeys of previous and current high achieving women. Under the guidance of film makers, participants will then create a short film to encourage other girls into the STEM industries.

siSTEMic is funded through the Enrichment offer by Newham Council and is run in partnership with Eastside Community Heritage and Salmagundi Films.
